Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting effective online marketing campaigns, optimizing our website for search engines, and engaging with potential clients on social media, all while staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our company remains at the forefront of the real estate market.
• Responsibilities/accountabilities:
1. Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to Times Developments' target audience and property portfolio.
2. Plan and execute online advertising campaigns according to the Marketing Manager guidance across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to increase the company visibility
3. Ensure the company's website ranks well on search engines through effective SEO techniques, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
4. Generate high-quality content such as blog posts, videos, and infographics that showcase the company's properties and expertise in the real estate industry
5. Oversee social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to maintain an active online presence and engage with the audience.
6. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, showcase properties, and provide valuable real estate insights.
7. Implement lead generation strategies to capture potential buyers and sellers through landing pages, forms, and CRM systems.\
8. Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
9. Keep track of competitors in the real estate market to identify trends, benchmark performance, and adapt strategies accordingly.
10. Manage online reviews and ratings on platforms like Yelp and Google My Business to maintain a positive brand image.
11. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide them with qualified leads.
• Person Specifications
- Academic, experience and other requirements:
1. A solid academic foundation in marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related field
2. Demonstrated track record of at least 3-5 years in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
3. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools is crucial for optimizing campaigns and measuring results.
4. Familiarity with the real estate industry, including market trends, property types, and customer behaviors, is highly desirable to tailor marketing strategies effectively to the target audience.
